- Many providers, one plan manager

Enfield sits between two of the inner north's busiest roads, with Regency Road to the south and Grand Junction Road to the north and Main North Road running straight through the middle. It is a suburb with history, good transport and easy access to a huge range of services.
For NDIS participants, that access is a real advantage. It also means many Enfield residents use several providers at once, and keeping track of all those invoices can be a job in itself. That is where ABility Centre comes in.
One of Adelaide's Early Villages
Enfield was laid out in 1843 by George Hickox, who named it after his birthplace in Middlesex, England. Reminders of that early history remain, including St Clement's Anglican Church on Main North Road, known locally as the Little Church on the Hill, and the green space of Folland Park on Turnbull Road.
Today Enfield is part of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, and one of the council's main offices operates from the Enfield Public Library, on the site of the old City of Enfield council seat.
Many Providers, One Set of Paperwork
With bus routes along Main North Road, Regency Road and Grand Junction Road, Enfield participants can reach providers across the north, the city and beyond. It is common for one person to have a therapist in Prospect, a support worker from Northfield and a cleaner who lives around the corner.
Each of those providers invoices differently. Our NDIS invoice processing brings them all into one place. We check every invoice against your plan and the NDIS price limits, chase up anything that is missing and pay providers once funds are released.

Clear Records for Complex Plans
The more providers you use, the more valuable good records become. Our monthly NDIS reporting sets out every payment by provider and category, so you can see at a glance where your funding is going.
That clarity is especially useful at plan reassessment time. Instead of trying to remember a year of appointments, you can show exactly what you used and where you needed more.
Using Unregistered Providers in the Inner North
The inner north is full of small businesses that can make a real difference to daily life, from cleaners and gardeners to local fitness instructors and tutors. Many are not registered with the NDIS, and that is fine when you are plan managed.
As long as the support is in line with your plan and priced within the NDIS limits, we can pay an unregistered provider just like any other. We simply ask them to send a clear invoice, and we take care of the rest. It is one of the biggest advantages plan management offers over agency management.

Supporting Enfield Families and Schools
Enfield is home to Enfield Primary School and St Gabriel's School, along with families who have lived in the suburb for generations. Parents managing a plan for a school aged child often juggle therapy invoices alongside school commitments.
We take the invoices off their hands entirely. Therapists send them to us, we check and pay them, and parents receive one clear statement each month instead of a pile of paperwork on the kitchen bench.
Thinking About a Change?
Some Enfield participants come to us after their invoices started piling up with a previous plan manager. If that sounds familiar, our page on switching NDIS plan managers walks you through how simple it is to move.
We also support participants in nearby Oakden and Walkerville, along with Northfield, Northgate and Klemzig.

Enfield NDIS Plan Management FAQs
I use five different providers. Can you handle that?
Yes. Many of our participants use several providers. We bring all their invoices together, check each one and pay them on your behalf.
Will my statement show each provider separately?
Yes. Your monthly statement lists every payment, including the provider, the support and the category it came from.
Is Enfield too far from your office?
Not at all. Our service runs by phone and email, so distance makes no difference to the support you receive.
Can my providers contact you directly?
Yes. Providers can email or call us about their invoices, which saves you from acting as the go between.
