Plan management is a way of managing your NDIS funding where a plan manager (like ABility Centre) pays your providers, tracks your budget and keeps financial records for you. You still choose your providers and how you use your supports.
No. Plan management is funded separately in your NDIS plan, so you won't pay anything out of your own pocket or out of your core supports budget.
We provide regular, easy-to-read reports showing what's been spent and what's left in each support category, and you can call or email us any time for an update.
Yes. You can change plan managers at any time. We'll walk you through the process and help make the transition smooth.
Yes. Plan-managed participants can use both NDIS registered and unregistered providers, as long as the supports are in line with their plan and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Ask for plan management at your planning meeting or plan review, or contact the NDIA to request a change. Once it's in your plan, simply contact ABility Centre to get started.
